Lana Duran, LSW

Lana is a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about providing individual therapy with children, teens and adults, couples counseling, and family therapy work. She holds the firm belief that each person has the ability not only to heal, but also integrate their adverse experiences and thrive, given a safe space to do so.


Lana is committed to tailoring her sessions to each client's unique self and is formally trained in the following therapeutic methods: Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Theraplay, Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), and Client-Centered Play Therapy.


Lana has 16 years of experience in the social work field with a background in residential treatment, in-home therapy for families formed through adoption, sexual abuse therapy, and medical social work in the hospital setting. Lana is deeply honored to do this meaningful work and values her clients as the experts on their own experiences and personal well-being needs. Lana approaches therapy through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens and particularly loves to work with both trauma processing and relationship health.
